WarrantyOur products are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year from date of purchase. Defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, and unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty. Within the warranty period, EagleVision will at our discretion repair or replace the product(s) without charge. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein, either to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. |
Legal Status Of ProductsIt is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not EagleVision, to determine and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. PrepaymentPrepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry and must include shipping and handling charges.
