BJ Development, Inc.  EagleVision/dba... is a provider of stand a lone and PC-based video surveillance products that use proprietary digital video compression for transmitting live video over LAN, Internet, wireless connections, modem to modem, telephone lines, and archival recording. The company is a provider of video surveillance and "remote look-in" security systems. EagleVision is a subsidiary of  BJ Development Corporation based in Jacksonville, Florida providing a complete line of "DVR" digital video recording remote viewing video surveillance  products. EagleVision systems are known for delivering very fast frames per second (FPS) video over DSL, LAN, Internet & ISDN  connection. We offer four separate systems and special customizations to meet any surveillance need.  A stand a lone transmitter with PC based receiver, a stand a lone transmitter with stand a lone receiver combination, a PC based transmitter to PC based receiver, customized wireless transmitting/receiving surveillance systems for business, government agencies, and law enforcement. EagleVision Surveillance software with Windows win2K & winXP based software is feature rich, enabling alarm dial-back, output controls, duplex audio, PRE-ALARM  and event recording, as well as automated tools for unattended surveillance operations. The digital video recorder (DVR) compression algorithms stands out in its storage efficiency measured in frames per byte of digital storage.

The foundation of the Company's expertise is in developing new video security products and fast  video compression algorithms. The proprietary algorithms are unique in their efficiency, allowing for software-only encoding and decoding. Other innovations include digital video camera compression subsystem for video compression directly in the camera and Ethernet LAN and Internet wide area network transmission.
